All God’s people are called to play a part in God’s mission to the world, and every church needs a rich diversity of gifts and callings to serve God faithfully within the community where it is set. Whoever we are, whatever our background or training, and whatever our position in life — God has gifted us and called us to use our gifts as servants. If we’re willing to serve, He can use us in a mighty way to be better-equipped lay leaders in the Church with Christ as Head.
